UPDATE ON ESTRADA TRIAL

San Antonio, Texas: February 12, 2010

This is a case status update for your information in relation to the State of Texas v. Joe Estrada.

The prosecution case continues. As of today, the prosecution has called 38 witnesses. The trial recessed today at 1:15 p.m. The trial will resume Wednesday at 9:00 a.m.
